This position supports the Operations, Planning, and Production Control teams to achieve the production schedule by tracking work orders, identifying issues/solutions, and escalating as needed.Duties/Responsibilities: Utilize Production Analysis, Daily Movement Reports, and Work Order Estimated Completion Report to monitor execution of work orders. Track on time delivery to manufacturing plan. Track and ensure “On Hold” and “Aging” work orders are resolved quickly. Escalate if cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate with management in resolving planning and production control issues using appropriate protocol (team lead, production manager, etc.). Work with cross-functional teams to complete job orders on time and within customer specifications. Track and communicate production updates daily to key stakeholders. Update MRP system work orders that go on hold for >1 day so that automated daily hold reports can be generated. This position may require overtime for coverage on alternate shifts and weekends. Maintaining the chemistries required to efficiently operate Boiler and Chiller systems. Ensuring the State of NH and OSHA required specifications of chemical fume ventilation is maintained in accordance with all specifications. SECOND SHIFTThis position is responsible for maintaining the production flow through the processes in the Image Department.Duties/Responsibilities: Follow all short sheets, standard operating procedures and Amphenol’s company safety regulations.
