Times Microwave Systems is looking for an experienced production workerfor our Wallingford, CT facility. The production workerwill operate various equipment used in the production of cable. Operations include; extrusion, braiding, winding and taped core production. SummaryThe marketing specialist is responsible for supporting key marketing activities. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and executes all web, SEO, marketing automation, email, social media, and online campaign efforts. Collaborates with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to drive marketing projects to completion. Measures and reports key marketing metrics to provide data-driven improvements. Organizes and sets up marketing events, such as webinars and trade shows. Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral using Adobe Creative Cloud.Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Creative problem-solving, agility, adaptability, and leadership skills. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, WordPress, and SEMRush. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.
