JOB DESCRIPTIONPRODUCTION ENGINEERSummaryThis position reports to Operations to primarily support the Production Department by resolving issues related to components, equipment and processes used in the manufacture of RF coaxial cable assemblies. It also assists Production by improving manufacturing efficiencies by studying workflow and resource management.Essential Duties and Responsibilities• Oversees all operations in the production department to maximize capacity and efficiency.• Works in concert with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to assure efficient manufacturing of   products to meet customer scheduling and quality requirements.• Drives Continuous Improvement by implementing visual management tools for metrics and scheduling, organizing areas for smooth flow (5S, layouts, bins, FIFO principles, Gemba walks).• Provides production data and reports as required by Manager.• Supports scheduled Gemba stand-up meetings by providing current site KRE data.• Evaluates labor requirements and work with management to assure proper staffing levels.• Creates/maintains/reviews/improves documentation related to the manufacturing and testing of RF coaxial cable assemblies.• Conducts feasibility studies to estimate product cost and analyze capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements.• Identifies root cause of mechanical and electrical failures on the production floor.• Implements process improvements to correct manufacturing inefficiencies and failures.• Provides analysis and solutions to complex material screening and sorting issues.• Designs/develops tooling and fixtures to support production needs.• Provides training/qualification/validation for processes and equipment as required.• Ensures compliance with internal standards, processes, and procedures.• Assists in the control of processes for various operations (including safety and quality).• Promotes and enforces safety policies and procedures (both company and regulatory) to decrease the potential for

The Quality Engineer works closely with Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend/implement solutions that improve product quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Helps coach and direct the team to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with both internal and external customers, driving improved customer service. Supports the management system performance and helps ensures compliance with AS9100 and ISO9001 standards. Helps drives a “root-cause” company culture with respect to problem solving. Verifies effectiveness of problem resolution by monitoring production performance after implementation. Creates and helps ensure all team members are trained as required. Helps facilitate training systems to ensure proper workforce development and competence. Performs all other duties as assigned.Job Requirements BS Degree in Engineering or related field, or minimum four (4) years’ experience in Quality Department Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a Quality role. Experience utilizing Quality tools including: FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Why, 8D, Value Stream Map, Process Flow, etc.) Working knowledge of AS9100, OHSAS 18001 and IPC requirements Experience in Lean Manufacturing environment Excellent problem-solving, statistical and analytical skills Excellent computer skills including expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Aerospace experience is a plus Experience in First Article Inspections and documentation is a plus

QUALITY TECHNICIANLocation: West Palm Beach, Florida SummaryQualified candidates for this position will be the main Quality representative for the production staff. Duties will include product containment, layered process audits, and any other action that protects the integrity of our products and services. This position will work closely with machine operators, electrical testers, Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and shift supervisors. An ideal candidate for this position has experience in electrical testing, manufacturing equipment setup/maintenance and is excited by the idea of identifying and solving problems.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support root cause analysis and corrective action projects Diagnose failure modes using various methods of detection and analysis Collect Test Data and generate recommendations for improvement Ability to analyze data for trends, casual factors, and corrective action Understand engineering requirements and create First Article Inspection Reports. Communicate clearly with manufacturing and engineering about technical issues affecting Quality Interact with technical management, technicians, and support personnel to coordinate, recommend, and confer regarding technical activities and progress Train new and existing employees on Inspection procedures and best practices Perform other duties as assigned by manager.Qualifications/Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience – minimum 2 years Experience in electro-mechanical testing and manufacturing (RF and/or microwave experience preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of network analyzers and spectrum analyzers Familiarity with wire/cable harness manufacturing Lean Six Sigma experience a plus Previous experience in Quality is a plus
